Walter Reinke joined KGUN 9 as a producer for Good Morning Tucson in May of 2024.
Walter was born and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Journalism and Political Science. He's a proud Tar Heel who loves cheering for Carolina and against that school in Durham.
Walter was a reporter and producer for his college student broadcast, Carolina Week, and an Editorial Fellow at Spectrum News in Raleigh before moving to Tucson.
In his free time, he likes to cheer on his Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks, read, and play video games.
