Lydia Camarillo is a journalist that loves being part of Southern Arizona. With her family here in Tucson, she considers it home.
Lydia is a former military brat, who was born in Spain. She also lived in Italy for a few years and traveled much of Europe. She graduated from Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
As you may know, Lydia is no stranger to the Old Pueblo. She was the morning and noon anchor at KOLD-TV, where she was involved in numerous projects highlighting folks in the community.
From everyday heroes to teachers making a difference to children up for adoption in need of a home, Lydia brought those stories to you throughout the years.
In her spare time, she's on the search for fun activities to do with her family. Lydia also loves to explore the best food in Tucson, and enjoys watching movies. So please do make suggestions!
