TUCSON, ARIZ — TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona Wildcats basketball coach Sean Miller confirmed Tuesday that forward Emmanuel Akot has quit the team and will transfer to another school.
Miller confirmed the development during his weekly news conference.
Akot, a 6'7'' wing player from Canada, took over a starting role midway through the season but had not scored more than seven points in a game.
