TUCSON, Ariz. -- A pedestrian who was walking early Friday morning has life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle in midtown.
Tucson Police say the incident was a hit-and-run crash and happened around 1 a.m.. The victim is a woman and was taken to the hospital.
Westbound Speedway is closed between Campbell and Cherry, with no estimated time to reopen.
