TUCSON, Ariz. - The Bisbee City Council denounced the use of concertina wire along the border.
In a unanimous vote Tuesday, the City Council unanimously approved a resolution denouncing the use of concertina wire as an unauthorized border-crossing deterrent by the federal government along the U.S.-Mexican border, said Bisbee city employee Ashley Coronado.
The wire placed on border fencing in Nogales has drawn the ire of the Nogales, Ariz. government.
