TUCSON, Ariz. — The Bisbee City Council plans to discuss the controversial concertina wire lining parts of the Arizona-Mexico border at a meeting Tuesday night.
According to the council's meeting agenda, the meeting will include a discussion and possible approval of a resolution denouncing the concertina wire as an unauthorized border crossing deterrent.
This comes after the Nogales City Council approved a similar measure.
