ADOT says all eastbound lanes of I-10 are now back open.

A crash on I-10 near Speedway is causing delays Thursday morning.
An accident involving a flipped over semi-truck is blocking the left two westbound lanes and the HOV lanes in both directions.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the injuries are unknown at this time.
