TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona basketball is dribbling around a report late last night by the Arizona Daily Star.

The report states that the NCAA has launched an investigation in the Arizona men's basketball program.

This as Sean Miller and former players have been named in the current college basketball corruption federal trial.

Their statement reads, "The University of Arizona is correcting recent inaccurate media reports. Any reports stating that the NCAA has either "started" or "launched" a new investigation at the University of Arizona are entirely false. To be clear, we will continue to cooperate fully with any NCAA proceedings in the best interest of the University and the men's basketball program."

It is understood that there is a current investigation by the NCAA into Arizona basketball just not a new one related to testimony from the ongoing trial in federal court in New York.
