Nine new members of the Pima County Sports Hall of Fame had their annual banquet today at the Doubletree Hotel.
Among the 2018 class is former Catalina Foothills and UA Basketball star Julie Brase Hairgrove, Major League Baseball star J.J. Hardy, and former NBA player Dave Feitl.
"It's a great honor," said Hardy, a two-time Major League All-Star and former CDO Dorado. "The fact that I'm going in with my Dad makes it that mor special."
Two teams were inducted this year. They are the 1972 Tucson High Baseball team, as well as the 1972 Catalina High girls volleyball team.
