TUCSON, Arizona — The Tucson Sugar Skulls have signed 2019 Indoor Football League Offensive Player of the Year E.J. Hilliard to a free agent contract.
Hilliard led the IFL with 2,739 passing yards, 75 total touchdowns, and a 175 passer rating in his rookie year with Quad City. He played college football at Florida International.
The Sugar Skulls announced last month that head coach Dixie Wooten had signed a two year contract extension through 2022.
