TUCSON, Arizona — Former Arizona Wildcat basketball star Damon Stoudamire has received a contract extension to coach Pacific through the 2025-2026 season.
The Tigers are coming off a 23-10 season in which Stoudamire was named the West Coast Conference Coach of the Year.
"In just four years, Coach Stoudamire has energized our men's basketball program, making it a true point of pride for our university and community," Pacific athletic director Janet Lucas stated in a press release.
Stoudamire arrived at Pacific after having served as an assistant coach at Arizona. He took over a Tigers program that finished 8-20 in 2015 while the program was being investigated for academic misconduct.
