TUCSON, Arizona — In the first ever matchup between top ten ranked women's basketball teams at McKale Center, No. 7 Arizona got by No. 9 UCLA, 68-65.

Trinity Baptiste scored 18 points and added 11 rebounds. Aari McDonald shook off first half foul trouble to score 17 points.

UCLA's Charisma Osborne missed a three pointer on the Bruins final possession that would have tied the game.

The Wildcats improve to 2-0 (1-0) on the season, and they will host USC on Sunday.
