TUCSON, Ariz — J.J. Taylor will play his final game at Arizona Stadium this Saturday night when the Wildcats host 7th ranked Utah.

Taylor is a senior who will graduate in May, but could apply to be a fifth year senior as his freshman season got cut short due to a broke ankle. After initially telling reporters he hadn't made up his mind, Taylor said on Tuesday that he is closing out his Wildcat career.

"I'll be participating in senior night," said Taylor.

Taylor is averaging 5.2 yards per rush this season, the lowest of his career as he has been playing behind an oftten injured offensive line. The 5'6'' 185 pound tailback runs with power and elusiveness.

"You can see what Taylor does when he has space," said Wildcat offensive lineman Cody Creason. "Even when you don't block guys, he can make people miss."

Following Saturday night's game, the Wildcats close out their season at Arizona State in the annual Territorial Cup Game.
