TUCSON, Ariz — Former Arizona Wildcat Devonaire Doutrive tweeted that he is transferring to Boise State.
Doutrive, a sophomore, was dismissed from the team earlier this season for an undisclosed violation of team rules. Doutrive averaged 6.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in three games this season for Arizona. He initially intended to transfer during the offseason, but then changed his mind and won the slam dunk contest in the annual Red-Blue game.
He will join another former Wildcat, Emmanuel Akot, who transferred to Boise State this past spring. Akot is sitting out this season per transfer rules
