TUCSON, Arizona — Arizona Wildcat Bennedict Mathurin has been named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for his role in the Wildcats three wins.
Mathurin averaged 12 points and six rebounds, and had 24 points and 11 rebounds in the double overtime win at Washington State.
It's the first Freshman of the Week honor for Mathurin, who has been coming off the bench to begin his Wildcat career.
