OKLAHOMA CITY, Ok — Alabama freshman pitcher Montana Fouts pitched a three-hit shutout as Arizona fell 2-0 in the elimination bracket of the Women's College World Series.

Bailey Hemphill hit a 2 run double off Alyssa Denham in the second inning, and that turned out to be the game's only runs. The Wildcats loaded the bases in the fourth inning with one out but did not score.

Taylor McQuillin relieved Denham after the second inning and pitched five scoreless innings, but her Wildcat career comes to an end.

Fouts struck out nine Wildcats. Arizona's only runs in Oklahoma City came off home runs.
