TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona basketball announced Thursday that one of its freshmen will be out indefinitely to start the season.
According to a release, forward Daniel Batcho is out because of surgery on his right knee in late Oct.
"A timeline for his return to the court for the 2020-21 season will be reevaluated in late January," said the team's Associate Director, Communication Services Nathan Wiechers.

Batcho, played basketball for Centre Federal du Basketball (CFBB) in Paris last season.
ESPN had him listed as a top international prospect coming into this season.
