PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has appointed three new judges to the Maricopa County Superior Court. Ducey announced Friday that he's chosen Marvin Davis, Suzanne Nicholls and Michael Rassas to fill three vacant seats on the bench.

Davis is a commissioner in the criminal division of the Maricopa County Superior Court.

Nicholls represents parents and families in child dependency cases for the Maricopa County Office of the Special Advocate.

And Rassas represents the Arizona Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Safety in the Attorney General's Office.
