TOLLESON, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found on a street in Tolleson, west of Phoenix.
Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies responded to a scene around 2 a.m. Sunday.
They say the man had an injury and he was pronounced dead on the scene.
He was later identified as 26-year-old Salvatore Barone.
The sheriff's homicide unit arrived on scene and took over the investigation.
Sheriff's officials haven't released any information on how Barone died or if there are any suspects in the case yet.
