TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson Fire Department crews responded to a fire near midtown Monday.

TFD crews responded to the area of 3400 block of S Adams Street near Pima Street and County Club Road.

TFD says a resident thought they had put out their cigarette before accidentally knocking over a gas can.

The victim is being treated for second-degree burns. according to TFD.

Crews were able to contain the fire.
