TUCSON, Ariz. -- Tucson Fire is looking to determine what started a house fire in the 8500 block of East Baker Place around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Firefighters were dispatched to the address and learned the emergency was for a fire. The first unit to arrive at the scene reported smoke coming from the home.

TFD says it took crews about 13 minutes to get the flames under control.

Officials say no one was home at the time of the fire and no one was hurt.

Fire investigators are investigating the cause and also looking to see if the building is safe to occupy.

TFD says neighbors reported the fire and say that someone does live there, but fire crews have not been able to find them.
