TUCSON, Ariz. — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office has announced Text-to-9-1-1 is coming to the area later this month.
In a tweet, the Office says the feature will be made available May 18th.
No other details were shared about the feature, but those in need of help are encouraged to "Call if you can, text if you can't!" in a matter of days.
