TUCSON, Ariz. -- Hundreds are without power in both Tucson and Vail as Tucson Electric Power works to restore electricity.

According to TEP's outage site, there are 70 customers without service near I-19 and Drexel. The cause is due to downed poles and wires in the area. TEP estimates power will be restored around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

In Vail, there are reportedly 235 customers without electricity. So far, TEP says it has restored power to 1,062 customers. Power was expected to be restored Monday night following downed power lines and poles, but crews are still working.

TEP says if your power is out, call 520-623-7711 to report the outage. You can also check to see when service will be restored.
