Tucson police say a woman who allegedly shot and killed her husband Wednesday killed herself Friday.
Police say 21-year-old Cienna Thacker died of self-inflicted gunshot Friday. She was found inside a vehicle.
Police say Thacker shot and killed her 21-year-old husband, Reilly Thacker, at an apartment complex in the 8600 block of Old Spanish Trail Wednesday.
Cienna Thacker had not been arrested or charged with a crime.
