TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Pima County Sheriff's Department says a missing, vulnerable woman has been found.
PCSD says 88-year-old Rachel Lee Judy was last seen near her home in the 3800 block of North Camino Sinuoso Saturday night.
Deputies say she has been found.
