TUCSON, Ariz. -- Get your resumes ready! The Tucson Unified School District is holding four opportunities for you to apply to be a school bus driver.
The career fairs will be August 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th from 9 a.m. to noon at the Goodwill Job Connection Center on Valencia.
TUSD says it is hiring for both full and part time positions, with flexible hours.
There will be paid CDL training with $11/hour and $13.35/hour to start. Health and Life insurance, paid sick and personal leave and retirement plans are available.
Applicants must be at least 21-years-old with verifiable driving experience. TUSD says you cannot have accrued 8 points against your license in the past 2 years. You must also be able to pass a physical, drug screen, lift test and a background check.
