A man will serve 10 consecutive weekends in jail after he was convicted in a case related to a 2019 road rage stabbing incident.
Daniel Virgen pleaded guilty June 15 to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, a third-degree felony.
Virgen stabbed a man near 6th Avenue and 22nd Street, in front of a SunTran Shuttle.
In addition to the jail time, Virgen received five years of probation and must complete 500 hours of community service.
