COCHISE COUNTY, Ariz. -- A 39-year-old man had to be rescued Sunday after a fall at the Carr Canyon waterfall.
According to the Cochise County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, deputies and Search & Rescue responded to the emergency call around 3:30 p.m..
Officials say the man fell while about 30 feet and landed in a wash with water. He was hiking along the waterfall trail.
The man was able to be rescued and taken to Canyon Vista Medical Center. Deputies say the man suffered from a possible broken arm, left knee injury and head injury.
