TUCSON, Ariz. -- Four people had to be rescued Sunday after hiking in Catalina State Park.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department says two females were rescued near Mt. Kimball. During this search-and-rescue mission, the Sheriff 1 helicopter was deployed to rescue them.
SAR deputies, along with the Southern Arizona Rescue Association are currently working 2 rescue operations. Sheriff 1 is being used on one of the rescues due to location and a lack of available resources. PCSD also says two men were rescued at Finger Rock Trail. They were found but deputies say they hiked out on their own.
No injuries were reported.
