TUCSON, Ariz. -- Four people had to be rescued Sunday after hiking in Catalina State Park.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department says two females were rescued near Mt. Kimball. During this search-and-rescue mission, the Sheriff 1 helicopter was deployed to rescue them.
SAR deputies, along with the Southern Arizona Rescue Association are currently working 2 rescue operations. Sheriff 1 is being used on one of the rescues due to location and a lack of available resources. Be cognizant of your own hiking abilities this holiday season. #sar #PCSD
