TUCSON, Ariz. -- Five people are displaced after an early morning fire in midtown on Monday.
Tucson Fire was called to the 2800 block of N. Estrella Avenue near Glenn and Stone shortly after 5:30 a.m..
When firefighters arrived at the scene they found flames and smoke coming from the bedroom of a home. It took firefighters about 10 minutes to get the flames under control.
Those who were in the home at the time of the fire were able to get out safely. They are now being assisted by the Red Cross.
No word on what led up to the fire.
