UPDATE 10/21 at 4 p.m.
Pima County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that 56-year-old Howard Ocskai was found injured when officers responded to this shooting near the 6000 block of North Featherstone Trail, near West Picture Rocks Road and North Sandario Road.
Picture Rocks Fire Department moved Ocskai to the hospital, where he passed away.
Detectives investigating the crime scene found out Ocskai had been involved in an "altercation" with his son, 30-year-old Nicholas Ocskai, during which time the victim was shot.
PCSD took Nicholas Ocskai into custody. He was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex and is being charged with murder in the second degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. Thursday near North Featherstone Trail and West Picture Rocks Road.
Deputies haven't said if anyone was hurt, but say there are no outstanding suspects or a danger to the public.
They ask anyone in the area to find an alternative route.
