Crews expect to start up the deck pour sometime next week, according to ADOT.
The deck pour on the westbound portion of the bridge was originally scheduled to begin Wednesday night at 11 p.m. and continue on Thursday night at 11 p.m.
Back in May crews put in the bridge girders for the bridge that will go over the I-10 and Ina Road.In late 2017 they conducted the deck pour on the eastbound portion of the bridge.
The project started in February 2017 and crews expect it to be completed in early 2019.
