TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson Homeless Connect is having its 20th one-day, one stop event to help those experiencing homelessness in the community.
On Friday, March 27th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., resources, volunteers and food will be available at Santa Rita Park on 22nd St..
The organization says about 350 people are expected to attend.
Tucson Homeless Connect is designed to help homeless persons get off the streets. At the event, buss passes, personal care kits, job assistance appointments and health screenings will be provided.
Lunch will be provided from 12 to 1 p.m..
