TUCSON, Ariz. -- Food City is helping families get ready to head back to the classroom this school year with giveaways on Saturday, July 13th.
The annual back-to-school fair will be from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the grocery store at Irvington and I-19.
There will be backpack giveaways and supplies to school-age children in need. All items being given are on a first come, first serve basis.
Those who attend can also enter to win prizes like laptops and other electronic school supplies.
Food City says the event is designed for low-income families with elementary and high school students.
