TUCSON, Ariz. — The 7th annual Arizona Gives Day is set to start April 7th. The statewide, 24-hour, online giving campaign helps raise money for Arizona's nonprofits.
Since 2013, Arizona Gives Day has raised $17 million with $3.6 million raised in 2019.
2020's campaign does have a different option with the Emergency Relief Fund. According to organizers, the fund will help nonprofits losing critical funding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As of early Tuesday morning, preliminary numbers showed donations were more than $1 million. The Relief Fun Total was nearly $33,000.
