TUCSON, Ariz. - An Arizona appeals court has thrown out a challenge to incentives Pima County gave World View to place it's high-tech balloon operation in Tucson, according to a media release by Pima County officials.
The Goldwater Institute challenged the incentives as so generous they amounted to an illegal gift.

The appeals court ruled the Goldwater Institute appeal as moot on Monday, October 21, 2019.
World View has been in the leased facilities for nearly four years.
Pima County officials say this latest decision is the Goldwater Institute's fourth attempt to win a ruling against the incentives.
