Tucson Unified School District has canceled its plans to host delayed in-person high school graduation ceremonies.
Superintendent Gabriel Trujillo made the announcement on Facebook Sunday.
Trujillo said Pima County Health officials said they would not support in-person graduation ceremonies because of a coming anticipated spike in coronaviruses.
In May, TUSD announced plans to hold in-person graduations June 25, 26 and 27.
