Here are this week's hottest home video releases. Find them on disc, or streaming services such as iTunes, Vudu, Amazon and Google Play.

BLAZE

A passion project by Ethan Hawke about an Austin legend, "Blaze" is a freewheeling biopic of country musician Blaze Foley (Ben Dickey), who became an underground legend by living a hard life and expressing his emotions in his writing and performances. Hawke directs, produces and writes the moving tale, which doesn't shy away from dark, unflattering moments. Extras include Hawke's commentary and a behind-the-scenes featurette.

GEORGE CARLIN: 40 YEARS OF COMEDY

Comedic legend George Carlin delivers one of his seminal performances in this 1997 HBO special, which was broadcast live from the Wheel Theater Aspen, Colo. Carlin, who passed away in 2008, is in top form, revisiting his early struggles and rise to fame, and unleashing new scandalous material as well. Jon Stewart served as moderator for the hourlong special.

THE LEGO MOVIE 2: THE SECOND PART

The Lego movie franchise may have peaked, but it's still got plenty of bricks left in the box to provide laughs for all ages. The sequel reunites the stellar voice cast of Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Alison Brie and Will Arnett. The plot follows a real-life sibling rivalry paralleled in animated Lego form, in which an attention-hungry younger sister launches an all-out Duplo attack on her brother's coveted Lego structures.
