Here are this week's hottest home video releases. Find them on disc, or streaming services such as iTunes, Vudu, Amazon and Google Play.

Brie Larson takes on the role of one of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel universe in this bombastic origin story, which is set in the 1990s. With authoritative reserve and impressive athleticism, Larson plays Carol Danvers, a part of an intergalactic military squad who finds herself on Earth, sorting out a muddled past as she comes to grips with her powers and confronts a rising threat. As she rises to power and finds herself, Danvers evolves into the phenomenal force destined to make the difference in the Infinity War. Extras include deleted scenes, a slew of featurettes, filmmaker commentary and a gag reel.

Stella (Haley Lu Richardson) plays a 17-year-old cystic fibrosis patient who spends most of her life in the hospital. She falls for fellow patient Will (Cole Sprouse), but medical restrictions force them to keep physical distance between them at all times. The restrictions heighten the sense of longing and deepen the intellectual connection, stirring up a breathless romance in the vein of "The Fault in Our Stars." Extras include filmmaker commentary, deleted scenes, an alternate ending and five background featurettes.

A direct-to-video sequel to a middling 2016 animated Arctic adventure follows a goofy polar bear who ventures off on a quest to hunt down a stolen artifact. With lemming pals at his isde, Norm makes new friends and struggles whether to keep his word as selfish interests arrive. While nothing special, this harmless family comedy works well for fans of the original.
