TUCSON, Ariz. — The National Weather Service issued an Excessive Heat Warning Monday.

The advisory lasts until 8 p.m.

Temperatures will rise to as high as 112 degrees in parts of Southern Arizona.

The advisory covers the upper San Pedro River Valley, eastern Cochise County and western Pima County.
