The I-10 eastbound has reopened at the I-17 stack following a crash involving a commercial vehicle, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).
Around 1:45 a.m., an 18-wheeler reportedly fell off the I-10. It is unknown how the truck fell, but video captured by ABC15 shows the truck completely on its side with the trailer of the truck smashed around the front of the vehicle.
The driver of the truck was transported to an area hospital, but has non-life threatening injuries, according to DPS.
DPS Troopers, fire personnel and hazmat crews were on scene investigating the crash, monitoring a gas leak coming from the truck.
