The Tucson Police Department arrested a man after receiving reports of a burglary in progress late Thursday night near Reid Park.
Officers responded to the 3600 block of East Ellington and received information that an armed male was inside the home who possibly had warrants for his arrest.
Hostage negotiators and SWAT responded to assist.
The male was detained without incident and an investigation is underway.
