Wildcat baseball players J.C. Cloney, Luis Boyd, and J.J. Matijevic made an appearance on the Zach Clark Show on ESPN Tucson.

Arizona Baseball's season begins this Friday night against Eastern Kentucky. The Wildcats are coming off a college World Series runner-up appearance. The Wildcats lost in the championship game to Coastal Carolina in Jay Johnson's first season.

"As a returning player its serves as motivation," said Cloney, who figures to be the Wildcats Friday night starter. "We want to go back. It helps us take in the new guys and help them get acclimated and show them how much fun we have."

The Wildcats were known for dancing in the dugout during last year's College World Series. Arizona is picked to finish third in the preseason Pac-12 poll. The Wildcats are picked in the top 25 of all five major NCAA preseason polls.
