Arizona is now No. 5, up two spots from No. 7 last week.
Gonzaga claimed the top spot for the second time ever, followed by Baylor, Kansas and Villanova.
No. 11 UCLA and No. 13 Oregon, the other two Pac-12 conference teams in the rankings, dropped out of the top 10 following losses.
Arizona (20-2, 9-0 Pac-12) visits Oregon State for a 7 p.m. Thursday game on ESPN2.
