For homeowners affected by Coronavirus, often the lienholder makes the rules on whether or not you qualify for help.

But there are some resources in Arizona providing direct help for those who are behind.

City of Phoenix is using $30 million in CARES Act funds to give grants for mortgage, rent and utilities for Phoenix residents specifically for Coronavirus hardship.

The Arizona Department of Housing administers the Save Our Home AZ Foreclosure Assistance Program which is open to all Arizona residents. Income thresholds for eligibility vary depending on the county in which applicants live. Find out requirements and how to apply here.

Governor Doug Ducey announced a $5 million foreclosure prevent program for landlords on July 16, but his office has not yet released details on how to apply.
