Peoria police say an officer was able to stand for National Anthem for the first time in 14 years thanks to a new wheelchair.
Honor Guard Investigator Bill Weigt presented the American Flag at the Special Olympics Arizona opening ceremonies Friday night.
Police say Weigt was shot and paralyzed in the line of duty in 2005.
