Northbound lanes of Interstate 17 were shut down Friday morning after the discovery of a body.
According to the Department of Public Safety, traffic was stopped near Thunderbird Road after a body was found off the right shoulder in a dirt median.
A few lanes have since reopened while crews investigate.
No further information has been released.
