Here are some of the hottest new releases on home video:

Allied

Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard co-star in a rich but somewhat stodgy World War II drama about two of the world's most dangerous spies who fall in love and get married, putting their lives and careers at great risk. Director Robert Zemeckis has trouble keeping the pace up, but the story is worthwhile for those who can endure. Extras in the Blu-ray/digital copy combo include featurettes on the story, production design, weapons, visuals and vehicles used in the film.

Doctor Strange

Benedict Cumberbatch thrives as a cocksure surgeon who loses the use of his hands in an accident, seeks mystical help and reinvents himself as a sorcerer who battles the forces of evil. Astounding visuals flow throughout the stunning film from director Scott Derrickson ("Deliver Us from Evil"), and powerful supporting performances from the likes of Rachel McAdams, Mads Mikkelson, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Tilda Swinton give the movie a top-flight feel, making it arguably the best Marvel film yet. Extras in the Blu-ray/DVD/digital copy comno include Derrickson's commentary, deleted scenes and a mockumentary starring Thor.

Fuller House: Season 1

Netflix's continuation of the beloved 1990s sitcom pleased fans of the original and earned a new generation of devotees. Candace Cameron Bure reprises her role as D.J. Tanner, who is now a single mom living with her sister (Jodie Sweetin), as well as her BFF (Andrea Barber) and her teenage daughter. The extras are light, making there little reason to pick this up unless you lack a Netflix subscription.

Moonlight

Fresh off its shocking best picture win, this enthralling drama from writer/director Barry Jenkins follows the life of Chiron, a boy who grows up in the ghetto and struggles with bullying and coming to terms with his sexuality as he comes of age. Mahershala Ali earned the best supporting actor Oscar for his stunning performance. The Bly-ray/digital copy combo includes Jenkins' commentary and featurettes on the film's music, ensemble and locations.

Rules Don't Apply

Warren Beatty directs and plays a sharply-on-the-decline Howard Hughes in this 1950s-set romance, about a romance that emerges between an aspiring actress (Lily Collins) and her chauffer (Alden Ehrenreich), who struggle for their senses of identity under Hughes' oppressive thumb. The Blu-ray/digital copy combo features a Collins music video and a making-of featurette.
