A 22-year-old woman delivered a baby boy Tuesday morning at the Raul Hector Castro Port of Entry in Douglas after returning from Mexico.
The woman asked U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers for help when she went into labor. Officers called for an ambulance, but the baby came before they could arrive.
The woman and baby later went to the hospital for care.
