TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Each Christmas Eve, Diane Latta sets a few hours aside to buy 100 cheeseburgers and drive around town handing them out to homeless people.
Latta hands out the burgers to spread holiday cheer, and has done so for the last 15 years. Latta never skips her tradition, whether she's worked eight hours at the state prison, was sick or was mired in a schedule filled with holiday chores.
Her friend, Melissa Wilson, said Latta "proves year after year that there are still good, unselfish people out there."
